This declaration is intended to inform the users of this website or our other online offers about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by Evomotion GmbH. Evomotion GmbH takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. Access data

We, Evomotion GmbH, collect data on access to the website or our other online offers on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f.DSGVO) and store these as "server log files" on the servers of Evomotion GmbH. The following data is recorded: Visited website, time of access, amount of data read in byte, browser identification and IP address used. The server log files are stored in accordance with the legal regulations and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be kept for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident is finally clarified.


Range measurement & cookies

An explicit range measurement is not carried out, only the above-mentioned access data can be used to produce anonymous statistics. Cookies are used, if at all, only to ensure the integrity of the website. User and usage data are not collected or even stored by cookies.

This personal data is necessary for inquiries or comments on your part; an anonymous data entry is not provided. Credit cards, bank account or other relevant information for the completion of a payment transaction are not stored by Evomotion GmbH, but only given to licensed payment service providers.

If you contact us, Evomotion GmbH, using the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your enquiry or comment. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.


Dealing with comments and contributions

If you leave a contribution or comment on the Evomotion GmbH website, your IP address will be saved. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO and serves the security of us as website operators: if your comment violates applicable law, we can be prosecuted for this, which is why we have an interest in the identity of the author of the comment or contribution.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to receive the newsletter and the procedures explained: You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and thus cancel the newsletter subscription. After your cancellation, your personal data will be deleted. Your consent to receive the newsletter expires at the same time. At the end of each newsletter you will find the link to cancel.


Rights of the user

As a user, you have the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data restricted or deleted. If applicable, you may also exercise your right to data portability.
