Access data
We, Evomotion GmbH, collect data on access to the website or our other online offers on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f.DSGVO) and store these as “server log files” on the servers of Evomotion GmbH. The following data is recorded: Visited website, time of access, amount of data read in byte, browser identification and IP address used. The server log files are stored in accordance with the legal regulations and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be kept for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident is finally clarified.

Range measurement & cookies
An explicit range measurement is not carried out, only the above-mentioned access data can be used to produce anonymous statistics. Cookies are used, if at all, only to ensure the integrity of the website. User and usage data are not collected or even stored by cookies.

Collection and processing of personal data

Evomotion GmbH only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you explicitly agree to the collection of data. This data is collected via separately marked data entry fields. Hidden analysis possibilities, e.g. mouse movements, click sequences etc. are not collected. The use of JavaScriptTM is minimized. Personal data is all information that serves to determine your person and which can be traced back to you – for example, your name, your e-mail address and telephone number. This personal data is necessary for inquiries or comments on your part; an anonymous data entry is not provided. Credit cards, bank account or other relevant information for the completion of a payment transaction are not stored by Evomotion GmbH, but only given to licensed payment service providers.

The evomove® app only stores data about the last connected evomove®. 
We only need the location query (Android) to search for Bluetooth devices (evomove®) in the environment. The location information collected in the background is deleted when the app is restarted and does not leave the user’s smartphone.

Handling of contact data
If you contact us, Evomotion GmbH, using the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your enquiry or comment. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. Evomotion GmbH, as the responsible body, processes your data exclusively to answer your inquiry or to contact a medical supply store in your area. The legal basis for this is your consent to data processing (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You have inalienable rights.

Dealing with comments and contributions
If you leave a contribution or comment on the Evomotion GmbH website, your IP address will be saved. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO and serves the security of us as website operators: if your comment violates applicable law, we can be prosecuted for this, which is why we have an interest in the identity of the author of the comment or contribution.
